Break the heart ornament (if that's what it is) above the bag of fish food just over Goldie's bowl! Then, if you click on it after, the fish food will fall into it's bowl and he'll feast!

Such a cute game! I really loved the design for the ghost. It was simple, but preserved the fact that the character was a sweet old lady.
I'd be lion if I said I didn't get a little stuck, but there is a video farther down in the comments that helped shine a light on my problems.
